Our company's background & history

LoftLife is London and Kent’s leading loft conversion company. Unlike small builders and "one man band operators", we specialise in the building of loft conversions only. The company has been trading in excess of 25 years; all our staff are fully qualified with key roles to enable your conversion from drawing stage to completion to run smoothly and professionally.

We offer a full ten year guarantee from the initial design to the completed conversion. In order for us to confidently offer this, we only use specialist structural treated timber/materials.

As a member of the National Register of Warranty Builders/Federation of Master Builders, we are able to offer you an insurance backed underwritten guarantee scheme which falls in line with our own terms and conditions.
