There are several routes we can go down to convert your unused loft space into a highly desirable enhancement to your home.

The “Velux” option is generally only constructed when a study/occasional room is required.

The “Dormer” option is traditionally the best design package which allows us to extend the roof line of your property and make a vast improvement to space already available. This is typically installed when the clients require a master bedroom and ensuite.

The “Gable plus dormer” option is as per the above, but the gable can be utilised for the stairs access on a typical 1930s style sloping roof.

Ultimately we construct and design your loft to meet with your expectations. All construction techniques utilise sustainably sourced, environmentally friendly raw materials.
