Design and Consultancy

Loft Life Room Conversions offer a free of charge, professional design and consultancy service. We can suggest a variety of different designs or take your ideas and develop them into workable solutions ensuring that the concept conforms to the latest building regulations.

Costs

We like our costs to be fully transparent to the customer; hence there are no hidden extra charges for a Loft Life conversion. Whatever the final quote agreed with you and our design consultant, this is our fixed price and what we commit to deliver to. If changes to building regulations occur whilst we are on site then we ensure the cost is not passed on to you; this agreement has served us well for many years.

In House Specialists

Unlike many companies and local builders who have to sub-contract their drawings, our drawing office consists of a full time architect and structural engineer. These people are dedicated to the task of translating the designer's initial sketches into a set of detailed working drawings using CAD (computer aided design). Again, this is all part of the LoftLife winning formula.
