Unlike small builders and "one man band operator's", we are committed to loft conversions only.All our staff have years of experience with key roles to enable your conversion from drawing stage to completion to run smoothly and professionally. Mr Clifford or "Spence" has been successfully organising the teams of builders for many years and can pretty much envisage any issue that may arise during the period your home is being developed.

We have literally done hundreds of loft conversions and have a fantastic working relationship with most borough council planning departments. We have our own engineer at the Loft Life Office who takes great care in designing the structure for your loft. Not just to get the best space and headroom, but also creating a safe structure which will last the test of time.

All Loft Life structural calculations are produced with the aid of the latest in computer software technology, in line with all local authority specifications - giving us the edge when it comes to speed and accuracy.Our own inspector visits your home during construction in order to ensure the local authority building control officer inspects and approves each critical stage. We will arrange for a final inspection, which will result in you gaining full building control and a completion certificate.
