Dormer, traditionally the best selling package, this allows us to extend the roof line of your property and make a vast improvement to space already availabile, also a fixed staircase, fire doors and trickle charged smoke detection system make this formular the obvious choice, we strive where possible to make any dorma conversion intergrate with original architecture.

Mansard, this construction makes the most of the space available, however some borough councils may require further planning assesments to ensure this falls in line with their own guidelines.
