Design Service

Loft Life Room Conversions offer a professional design service, totally free of charge. We suggest alternative designs or take your ideas and develop them into workable solutions ensuring that the concept conforms to the latest building regulations.

We can develop a basic loft conversions I.E. boarded out room with a window, to fully functional rooms with en suite, we offer a number of different solutions to meet with your budget, this could be our basic construction package where we build the structure of the conversion and leave you the customer to plaster the walls and do the fixings, right through to a fully finished area, you are the customer and it's your home, we don't take over we work with you

In House Specialists

Unlike many companies and local builders who have to sub-contract their drawings, our Drawing Office consists of a full time surveyor and one other full time Draughtsmen. These people are dedicated to the task of translating the Designer's sketch into a detailed working drawing using CAD (computer aided desgin) this again is all part of the Loft Life winning formular.

Costs

Unlike many builders there are no hidden extra charges for a Loft Life conversation. Whatever final costs you agree with our Designer is what we are comitted to, if for example a bulding regulation were to change slightly during the time we are on site converting your loft then we would make sure the cost if any was not passed on to you, we stand by this agreement and it has been serving us well for many years.
