Dear Mr Clifford May we take this opportunity to thank you and all your hard working carpenters, roofers, plumbers and plasterers, and for the effort you put in to make our loft conversion run as smoothly as could be, we could not get over how quickly the whole build took, the lads worked really hard to fit in around our family life to make sure the dust and dirt was kept clean and tidy after each day, we had worked hard decorating our home just a few months before you started, and were so relieved to find that where possible all building materials actually went straight in to the loft from the road without having to go through the house, what a great help this was to us. Please be in no doubt we will make sure to recommend you to all our friends and family. We wanted to make use of the space in their loft to create an additional bedroom with an en-suite. Having converted 1 of their original 3 bedrooms into a bathroom/study to allow for the downstairs bathroom to be made into a utility room, they were looking to create a third bedroom for their family home.
