About Loft Life, we are a family run business, London and Kent’s leading loft extension and conversion company. Unlike other small builders and “one-man-band operators”, we specialise in the building of loft extensions and conversions only. We create bespoke loft conversions and extensions to meet your specific needs, offering a distinguished touch and understanding of how families, couples and homeowners want to amplify their homes for additional space with a loft conversion instead of experiencing the difficulty and cost of moving house.
Loft Life has been trading in excess of 25 years, with all of our staff being fully qualified. They all undertake vital roles in helping to make the process of converting your loft run as smoothly and professionally as possible, from the drawing of your loft extension plans to completion.

What Do We Offer?
Quality Loft Conversion Services Loft Life offers a free of charge, professional design and consultancy service. We can suggest a variety of different designs or take your ideas and develop them into workable solutions ensuring that the concept conforms to the latest building regulations.
We offer a full ten year guarantee from the initial design to the completed conversion. In order for us to confidently offer this, we only use specialist structural treated timber/materials. We also are able to offer you an insurance backed underwritten guarantee scheme which falls in line with our own terms and conditions.
