We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies anywhere on this site, and we do not sell or share anything with advertisers.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the site works properly on a phone. It tells us that a page was read; it does not tell us who read it. That is the only third party on the site that sets cookies.
The cookies it sets are named _ga and _ga_HJ1R4X9K5W. They store a randomly generated identifier so that two page views in the same visit are not counted as two separate people. They last up to two years and are set by Google, not by us.
Two, and neither of them tracks anything. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every page, and a short-lived marker is set when you submit an enquiry form so the confirmation page knows the form really was sent. The second one clears itself as soon as you land on the confirmation page.
The form is handled by Formspree, which passes the enquiry to us by email. It sets no cookies in your browser. What you type into the form, your name, email address, telephone number, postcode and message, is sent to us so we can reply. We use it to answer your enquiry and to arrange a survey, and nothing else.
Clearing your browsing data for this site removes your stored choice, and the banner appears again on your next visit so you can choose differently. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across every site you visit using Google's browser add-on.
